If you are an out-of-state landowner, we can be your eyes & feet to ensure your land is healthy and trespassers are staying out. We will periodically drive by, as well as walk onto, your property and report back to you.

Vigilant neighbors are vital for reporting suspicious activity. We can't be everywhere at once, which is why good neighborly relations are crucial. Our parent company (Arden Tree Farms) manages over 30,000 acres of timberland and watchful neighbors help us in that task. Our neighbors call us if they see something suspicious. If we help manage your land, we will work to build strong neighborly relations.
While timber theft has decreased significantly over the decades, it still occurs. If it happens to you, it may be months or years before you discover it. In the meantime thousands of dollars of timber can disappear. Periodic inspection can mitigate a loss.

We recently purchased a 140-acre parcel of land in Kettle Falls, WA.
